In today’s hybrid work world, workflow efficiency matters more than ever—and Philips developed a Smart Management system for their monitors to help users work smarter, not harder.

I was brought in to design and animate a short explainer video that clearly communicates how Smart Management works, why it matters, and how it improves productivity for professionals.

The result? A clean, fast-moving, and visually sharp video that helps viewers immediately understand the system’s features and benefits.

The Goal

Philips needed a video that could:

• Explain a complex software experience in under 90 seconds
• Fit seamlessly within the Philips design language
• Be used across e-commerce product pages, in-store displays, and B2B sales decks
• Appeal to professionals — from IT teams to remote workers

I led all aspects of production: concepting, scripting support, storyboarding, design, animation, and sound integration.

What I Learned

Explaining software UX through motion design is all about simplicity, pacing, and emotional context. This project helped me:
